Is Rafting on the Soča River Safe?
Safety is our top priority.
Before every trip our guides provide a detailed safety briefing and explain how to paddle and what to do in the rapids.
All guides are professionally trained and certified, and we use high quality rafting equipment including helmets, life jackets and neoprene suits.
Most rafting trips take place on class II–III rapids, which makes them exciting but still suitable for beginners.
Where Does the Rafting Trip Start?
All rafting trips start at our base in Bovec.
From there we organize transport to the starting point on the river, usually near Srpenica. After the trip finishes in Trnovo ob Soči, our van takes you back to Bovec.
The entire experience usually takes around 2–3 hours, including preparation and transport.
